Head Coach
Coach Valdivieso coached for 6 years at Aloha High School. Has been married for 18 years and has two daughters, age 17 and 15. He was elevated from being the Pioneers Defensive Coordinator to Head Coach for the 2023 season
Jeron Tobar
Assistant Coach Off/Def Line
Coach Tobar is a generational football player following in the footsteps of his father and brother. When his sister, Renee (#99) joined the Pioneers in 2020 he jumped at the opportunity to pass on his family's football legacy. Jeron quickly became an integral part of the coaching staff since 2021.

Coach Polanski Has coached football for over 15 years including youth, High school and semi pro levels. He is also an NFHS Certified and Accredited coach. He has been a part coaching staff since 2021.
